The project was developed for esteemed clients Mr. Vinaya Reddy and Mr. Aravind Reddy, and showcases SKBE UniQhomes' ability to deliver large-scale institutional projects with precision. The scope of work undertaken by the team included not only the core civil construction but also comprehensive electrical and plumbing installations, ensuring the facility is fully functional and future-ready.
In addition to the building itself, the external development work was a key part of the project. This included the creation of a strong and secure compound wall, well-planned drainage systems, driveways for smooth vehicle movement, a fully operational sewerage treatment plant (STP), and robust water sumps to support the campus’s needs. Every element of external infrastructure was executed to enhance safety, accessibility, and environmental responsibility.
Velammal Vidyalaya stands today as more than just a school building — it is a vibrant campus built with passion, expertise, and attention to detail by SKBE UniQhomes, providing a nurturing and inspiring environment for future generations of learners.
