Oversee daily site activities, ensuring that construction is progressing according to approved plans and timelines.
Supervise site operations, coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor quality standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes.
Verify and ensure that work is being executed as per architectural and structural drawings.
Assist in preparing work schedules and resource allocation plans.
Regular reporting on site progress, challenges, and updates to the project manager.
Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and material tracking.
Coordinate and support inspections and approvals by consultants and clients.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site execution for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and site safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude on-site.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
