QS Engineer | Uniqhomes

Responsible for preparing detailed project cost estimations and budgets.
Conduct quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost planning from design to execution.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), tender documents, and bid analysis reports.
Monitor project costs against budgets and prepare cost control reports.
Verify contractor bills and ensure timely certification of work done on-site.
Track variations and update project budgets accordingly.
Maintain clear documentation of all contractual correspondences and financial records.
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and consultants for timely procurement and approvals.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a QS in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills for cost analysis and financial tracking.
Proficiency in quantity estimation software and MS Excel.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Strong understanding of tendering procedures and contract documentation.
Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
